Family-to-Family:

A proven series of twelve weekly classes taught by a team of trained NAMI family members to help family members support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being.

The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is a FREE 12-week course for families of individuals with brain disorders. Trained family members teach the course that focuses on severe brain disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety/panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder), discusses the nature and clinical treatment of these illnesses, and teaches the knowledge and skills family members need to cope more effectively.

Classes are free; pre-registration is required; consistent attendance is important; and class size is limited.

For more information or to register, contact Trish Rodriguez at mermama@gmail.com or 360-540-0795

This NAMI Education Program is offered by NAMI Skagit, an affiliate of NAMI Washington, and funded in part by Skagit County Human Services.
